This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the data protection practices of RS778 ("RS778", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") as they apply to users ("Player", "User", "you") of the RS778 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at rs778.cam and any associated mobile or web interfaces.

By using the RS778 Platform, you acknowledge and accept that your data may be processed outside of Pakistan. RS778 does not make representations about the data protection laws of any specific jurisdiction outside of the operator's licensing territory.

RS778 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

General retention guidelines applied by RS778 include:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship, and for a period of up to five (5) years following account closure, to meet AML and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction Records: Maintained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.

RS778 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, persons under 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. RS778 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the applicable minimum age.

RS778 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or destruction. These measures include:

Where amendments are material, RS778 will notify registered Players via the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Policy has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

RS778 will acknowledge data rights requests promptly and will aim to respond substantively within 30 days of receipt, subject to identity verification and the complexity of the request. In cases where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, RS778 may extend this period by a further 60 days with notification.
