These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and RS778 ("RS778", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RS778 online betting and gaming platform accessible at rs778.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

RS778 is an online betting and gaming information platform targeting players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket betting covering PSL, ICC tournaments and international fixtures — alongside live casino, slots, table games, live games and esports wagering. All services are provided in English, with Pakistani players and the PKR currency context in mind.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using RS778.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your use of the RS778 Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gambling Policy (available at /responsible-gambling). These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and RS778.

RS778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revision takes effect.

To register and maintain an account on RS778, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where accessing this Platform would place you in breach of applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an RS778 employee, in a role that may give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an RS778 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the RS778 Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using aliases, fictitious identities or the credentials of another person, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and email address — are accurate at all times. RS778 may request documentary evidence to verify any submitted information, including your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport, proof of address and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. RS778 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify RS778 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5.4 KYC Verification

RS778 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in line with standard industry requirements. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent stage at RS778's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.1 Deposits

RS778 supports various deposit methods that may include, depending on current cashier availability, mobile wallet transfers, local bank transfers, cards and cryptocurrency channels. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are familiar Pakistani payment references provided for player guidance only — they do not constitute a claim that those providers endorse RS778 or that such methods are guaranteed to be available at all times. Always verify available deposit options in your live account cashier.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) the receiving account being registered in the same name as the RS778 account; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses being satisfied; and (d) the account being in good standing with no open disputes. RS778 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes — operator processing windows vary and are subject to payment provider timelines outside RS778's direct control.

6.3 Currency

The Platform displays amounts in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable. If a Player's deposit or withdrawal is processed via a channel denominated in a different currency, conversion rates at the time of processing will apply. RS778 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party providers.

RS778 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only, tied to a unique email address, residential address, device and payment method.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for immediate withdrawal without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum bet-per-spin or stake-per-event limitations are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Read those terms in full before claiming.
• RS778 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has participated in coordinated or systematic bonus exploitation, arbitrage or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Illustrative bonus values referenced elsewhere on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000 welcome bonus") are examples only. Exact figures, eligibility and conditions are governed by the current published promotion terms at time of claim.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined unless explicitly permitted by specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on RS778 are subject to the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market, as published in the platform rules section. General betting conditions include:

• Bets are void if placed after the relevant event has commenced, unless the platform explicitly offers in-play wagering on that market.
• RS778 reserves the right to suspend any market, void bets or delay settlement pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect irregular activity, data errors or technical faults.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the hand or spin in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and the staked amount returned, or the outcome determined based on available game server logs.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These are detailed in the relevant betting rules section of the Platform.
• Any winnings arising from wagers placed using funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or other unlawful means will be voided and may be reported to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their express consent.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which a wager is placed.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to exploit Platform functionality, manipulate odds or gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, after receiving written notice from RS778 that such access is not permitted.

RS778 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct or poses a risk to the Platform, other Players or the integrity of the services offered.

Upon account closure for breach, RS778 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, applicable funds may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., Player-initiated closure or jurisdictional restriction), verified balances minus any outstanding fees will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC.

All content on the RS778 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, data compilations and HTML code — is the property of RS778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of RS778.

The RS778 name, logo and any associated trademarks are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence to use such marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS778's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, their Account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RS778 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or business opportunity;
• Loss arising from connectivity failures, Internet service provider outages or device incompatibilities outside RS778's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors or service interruptions;
• Actions or omissions of any government authority, regulatory body or law enforcement agency.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

RS778 collects and processes personal data including your name, contact details, payment information, device identifiers and gaming activity records in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC and AML checks, personalise your platform experience, meet legal obligations and improve the Platform. RS778 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may submit requests relating to your personal data — including access requests, correction requests and deletion requests — by contacting RS778 support as detailed in Section 17. RS778 will respond within a reasonable timeframe subject to applicable legal requirements and identity verification.

RS778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its platform operations. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available within Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set duration limits for individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent block on your account access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered and licensed. RS778 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction outside of the operator's licensing territory, including Pakistan.

Players accessing RS778 from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable Pakistani law. This includes, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. RS778 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that participation is lawful in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through RS778's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

RS778 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, RS778 will provide advance notice via the Platform — typically a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of change, except where an amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, in which case the amendment may take effect immediately.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
